Edit User: Unable to change a user's password

      Not sure if this is because OP-4 is unresolved, but currently it's not possible to change the password of an existing user once the user account has been created. The "Edit User" page is missing a "password" field (see screen shot).

      The first attempt would be to change the password of a local user. Therefor we need to find out if the user is local or an AD user.
