The oA settings are only stored partly

If i configure my oA system via 'System > Settings' the Object Gateway configuration seems to be ignored or forgotten, either the 'Object Gateway API connection successfull' message is shown and the green success notification is displayed after saving. The Object Gateway settings are empty after revisiting the settings page.
The above issue only occurs if i select 'Managed by DeepSea'. If i select the checkbox to get the credentials and uncheck the checkbox after retrieving them, saving seems to be OK because the configuration is displayed again after revisiting the page.
