      Description

We've merged some changes due to time restrictions that introduce module specific settings in a global configuration file. It would be better if modules could introduce their own settings without having to modify the `backend/settings.py` file. Basically, this should already be possible since OP-2156, but it didn't work for some people. This needs to be investigated and if it does work, the configurations need to be removed from `backend/settings.py` and put in their corresponding Django modules.

      This also related to https://bitbucket.org/openattic/openattic/pull-requests/129/ceph_deployment-move-salt_api_-settings-to/diff.
