      Description

      The files

      /app/extensions/crushmap_editor/scripts/services/clusterResource.js

      and

      /app/components/ceph-erasure-code-profiles/services/cephErasureCodeProfilesService.js

      need to be adapted. Also, all files that depends on this services.

      The biggest issue could be, that all crushmap configurations were provided by a single api ressource. Now, we provide the crush config per cluster. That means, that the cluster has to be selected before we can display the crush map, If more than one cluster is configured we need to display a select field as the one on the other ceph pages.
