Check the usage of a Ceph RBD faster or instantly if the RBD has the fast-diff feature flag enabled

      Description

      The usage of the RBD is currently determined every 30 minutes. This is due to the fact that Ceph might need quite a while to collect and return the data. Those RBDs which have the fastdiff flag enabled are not affected by this and their usage will be returned much faster.

      To be able to see the current usage of a RBD with fastdiff enabled (which may be important for some customers), I suggest that the usage for those pools is determined instantly or at least faster than once every 30 minutes.
