At the moment, users need to run `oaconfig install` manual after adding or removing devices, which leads to user frustration and unnecessary support cases.
This issue aims at improving the user experience after adding or removing devices.
For example
<customer> Need help with ZFS
<customer> The ZFS pool is not visible in openATTIC
<Lenz> Kali_: Did you install the openattic-module-zfs package?
<Lenz> Afterwards, re-run "oaconfig install", this should detect the zpool and make it available via the UI
