      Description

To be able to display only the frontend functionality that is actually provided by the installed modules, it is necessary to provide a REST API resource which returns a list of the currently installed and used modules. In addition to the module names, it should also be possible to provide a more detailed module description as well as a module version. This can be achieved using Django's AppConfig class: https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.10/ref/applications/#configuring-applications (hopefully this exist in older versions of Django as well)
